Large-mesh compactors SWIFTER SS, ST conquer the Northern Bohemia The large-mesh compactors SWIFTER SS, ST begin to find their important place in the North of Bohemia. During the spring and summer season three customers from this region had ordered the SWIFTERS. The first company who had decided for the “big” compactor was ASTUR STRAŠKOV a.s., to whom the SWIFTER SS 15 000 mesh 15m aggregation with JD 8530. The tractor is equipped with driving lead; together with the large mesh, this ensures the maximum level of productivity during the seedbed preparation. The second SWIFTER was delivered in the spring season version ST 12 000 mesh 12m to the farm Rajter in Moravěves. In this case, the machine is aggregated with “New Holland TG”. The third SWIFTER, thanks to the recommendations of Mr. Rajter’s, had been ordered by the company ZD Vrbno. The machine is composed in the spring season version ST 10 000 mesh 10m. An interesting thing to be pointed out is the fact that the machine is aggregated with the tractor JD 8220(230HP), which can manage the drag of the machine with no difficulty (if the bear-on is ideal). This demonstrates the low drag force demand of the machine.
